Like so many of us, she couldn’t just walk away. The pressure to make ends meet and provide for her family kept her anchored to a job that no longer brought her joy. Leaving required a kind of courage that financial realities simply wouldn’t allow at the time. So, she pushed through—with dignity, grace, and silent sacrifice.
