How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Report the Issue (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

If you have received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Support Hours: Monday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Send clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

  • Our customer support team will review and verify your claim.

Important:
When you receive your parcel, please take a clear picture of the shipper slip attached to the courier bag. This serves as proof of order and payment and helps us process any future claims more efficiently.


Step 2: Complete the Return/Exchange Form

Please provide the following information:


  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return/Exchange

Note: If a return/exchange form is not included with your parcel, our customer care team can provide a digital version upon request.


Step 3: Return the Item

Once your claim has been approved:


  • Return the item to the warehouse address provided by our support team via WhatsApp.

  • After dispatching the parcel, share the courier tracking receipt with us on WhatsApp.

Exchange Policy

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:


  • You may select another dress of the same value as the returned product.

  • If the new item has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

  • This exchange method allows for faster processing and greater flexibility.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, products must be:


  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unstitched

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

Non-Eligible Items

The following items will not be accepted:


  • Used products

  • Washed products

  • Damaged products (not reported upon delivery)

  • Products with missing tags

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

If the Item is Defective or Incorrect

  • Alifmaddah will bear the return courier charges.

If the Exchange is Due to Personal Preference

Examples include:


  • Size issues

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

In such cases:


  • The customer is responsible for the return courier charges.

  • An additional Rs. 100 delivery fee will be charged for shipping the exchanged item.

Refund Policy

Alifmaddah follows a No Refund PolicyRefunds will only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:


  • The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.

Refund Processing

  • Refund processing time: Up to 7 working days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Disclaimer

Alifmaddah reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:


  • The product is damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags are missing.

  • The item does not meet the exchange eligibility requirements stated above.
